Complaint Details
I booked(booking ref "SEA12380329469" and "SEA12380308629) reference the ticket on 09/03/2020 for me and my wife to travel from Perth to Bangalore on 25/03/2020. Ibibo sent the cancellation advice on 23/03/2020.Their automated system does not allow me to communicate with them, saying not enough staff to take the equerry. Sent email but Ibibo is not replying.I contacted the airline(Air Asia), they advised me to contact the travel agent where the booking is done. I am trying to get the credit for the money I paid.
