Hello team,

I have ordered a product from the Gonoise website. "It was Noise play action camera"

Gonoise Order no. 574659

My complaint ID (52738) which I raised on the Gonoise website.

I have made the payment online and I have contacted them multiple times, however, there is no response except stating that (we apologize for the inconvenience and we are sorry).

The product has been incorrectly shown on their website and it has completely manipulative information. The product doesn't deliver the quality which was shown on the website.

I would request you to intervene and help me in this situation.

My request from the Gonoise company is to return the product and process the refund.

I have attached the invoice image as the Gonoise just send an email and didn't share the invoice in PDF format.
