Me with my 2 siblings stays in a rented 1 BHK flat since last few years, as we have a financial situation of hand to mouth and we avoid any additional expenses including usage of electricity. This month (July 2020), I reveived the shocking electricity bill saying 18030Rs due in which it says net previous amount is 12573Rs, we had never missed and have already paid previous months bill. Since I am working and couldn't afford electricity cut during this pandemic so I had no option but to pay in installment and I need my money back. Kindly help us out with this.
