I ordered a pigeon mixer and cooker combo on 19th Jun with flipkart with OD118941026704238000 and it was delivered on 24th Jun. The packing was horrible and i looked inside the product and the product was not a brand new one and it is also a damaged and even the electrical wire is not having the contact points. I immediately requested for a refund on the same day itself and my item was scheduled for pick up strategically after the return window period by these jokers. When the pick guy cam he refused to take the item with him and told me to change the return clause and try again. I did the same as per his instruction and again this time refund option was missing and only a replacement option was offered to me. So I had to take this replacement offer as I had no other choice left over. This happened on 30th Jun and since then till 10th Jun... It was showing tht my package is enroute and replacement will be given. But all of a sudden on 13th Jun the replacement was cancelled unilaterally by the flipkart or seller i dont know and I am left over with this damaged product. No one cares to call me back and i totally feel like cheated. I am promised by your lazy team that they will contact me on 17th..again 25th and now 27th Jul... I dont know when they will call.
