We bought Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes on 15th October 2019 back with 1 year warranty. Now the product is spoilt and the service person says we need to pay Rs. 2,100 as the part spoilt is not covered under warranty. and has a life span of 6000 litres. we have not consumed 6000 litres of water filtered thru this machine until now and nor they can prove the same. the warranty terms nowhere mentions what is covered and what is not. seems like they are cornering us in shelling out this amount.
