I hereby complaint about a Laptop purchased on 4th July 2019 named ASUS S510UN-BQ217T.

Unfortunately, from the February month the laptop does not functioning properly at all. Then on 5th March 2020 I make a call to the service center and register my complaint. My complaint number is A200316182. Then on same day I took the laptop to the service center they checked the laptop and told me that there is a problem in TOUCHPAD and HARD DISK and we have to change it. On 13th March 2020, I received the laptop but the issue was not resolved. On next day I once again deposit the laptop at the service center and in evening I received the laptop but the issue still persists. The same thing will happen till 20th March 2020. After that Lockdown was happened in the whole country.

During the lockdown the laptop was in no use as the laptop will not work properly. I miss all my online classes, all my Internship opportunities which is a very heavy loss for me in near future. I decided to do MS office online course but that opportunity was also slip from my hand. I have purchase laptop only for my studies if I cannot do the above mentioned things then what is the advantage of purchasing this laptop.

After Lockdown, I once again submitted the laptop at service center on 11th June 2020. They once again change all the parts of the laptop including HARD DISK, MAIN BOARD, TOUCH PAD and returned me the laptop on 30th June 2020, but the problem still there. After that I once again submitted the laptop on 1st July 2020, they told us we have change another part named TOUCHPAD MYLAR and tell me to wait some more time. On 14th July 2020, I once again received the laptop but the issue is still there so I once again submitted the at service center on 16th July 2020. Every day I continuously mail to the company executives but they are ignoring me and sometime they replied and tell wait for some more time. I have waited four and a half long months but my laptop issue did not get solved till yet as now I cannot wait anymore.

From next month my online classes has to be started and once again I think I miss all my online classes. I many times said on toll free number and service in charge that please forward my complaint to your top-level management but they are ignoring me. Now, I cannot wait anymore as I want the REFUND as the product is within the guarantee so that I can purchase a laptop of a good brand and continue my studies.
