I have had a the most worst experience with Anjali Silpara branch, I ordered one item on 14th March. I made a advance payment of Rs.10000 on the same day to confirm the order and it was committed to fix the gold rate during delivery by the executive Mr Amit along with the exact amount to be paid as well. The item was supposed to be delivered by 14 th April but could not possible due to COVID outbreak and Lockdown imposed from 23rd March. Now last month Mr. Amit called me and conveyed that the order was taken with open rate only and he was completely denying the commitment he made informing my signatory was on the open rate instead of fixed, even Branch Manager Mr. Amol Gupta was denying the same with irrational explanation. If any payment made 5 months back with order confirmation and still customer is not getting the item then how come it comes they are charging on current Gold rate.
I would request to plaese look into the matter with utmost priority,staffs are behaving like we often see in local shop, it's absolutely unexpected from Anjali.
