I had placed an Rakhi gift order in My flower Tree Gift portal site
https://www.myflowertree.com
On 21st July 2020.
The tentative delivery date was 23rd July to Bengaluru address where there is no lockdown.
After followup around 28th they said it will be delivered tomorrow i.e on 29th July but it wasn't delivered.
I followed up many times but they are not giving any proper response standard reply is : it is shipped & will be delivered asap. Not telling exact date & reason of delay. All this is followup in chat.
They have callback facility where i need to provide order no. & regarding what i want to contact them. Earlier they were calling back before 28th but now they aren't calling back.
The bluedart AWB no. Provided in Myflowertree website is not valid as per Bluedart website.
Attaching the current tracking info i am seeing from myflowertree website since 28th July and recent chat conversation on 3rd August.
Since order was meant for Rakhi & it has already passed now i would want my money back also the item is not delivered yet.
