Complaint Details
I had installed tikona wireless broadband connection at my mentioned residential address, the speed and the services has been worst. Moreover, I raised this to the CEO of the company Mr. Prakash Bajpai marking the same mail to customer care however, till date I have not got any response from the so called support team. I have paid the the rental for 2 years in advance which I would like to get refund from them due to the services not as per commitment. Also from google I got few local contact numbers of tikona office which I tried to get help from but they said they are helpless and can't do anything. I would request your support as it gets difficult for my children to attend the daily online classes with this.
