Complaint Details
I saw AttainU advertisement and wanted to enroll in order to earn a course in stack development. However, the eligibility conditions there required guardians addhar, cheque, and bank details. It was stated that these details are necessary and for further guidance call the support, I filled up my details on thier website and received a whatsapp message and requested a call back  I received a phone call on my number 6005805386 on 1st and 3rd August 2020. Both times I did not pick up the call. So, I decided to call back. When I called back, thier associate Purushottam explained to me regarding the admission process details. I asked him very clearly that If I am unable to provide my guardian's documents and instead provide my bankstatement and other details, will it be approved. He agreed that we take students based on their bank statements also. After i was assured that my statement would be accepted, I went ahead and paid the registration fees. They rejected my application and duped me of 29500 rupees which I had earned after a lot of effort. When I asked for a refund, they told me that it is non - refundable and that I won't get my money back according to their policy stated on their website. I wouldn't have paid them money if I wasn't assured that my statement would not be accepted. Purushottam told me that my bank statement will be accepted. Now, they won't return my hard-earned money of 29500 and won't provide me with the course. Their company is huge and people like me who do not have strong background suffer due to their authority and money. I do not know but there may be people like me who do not reside in their respective states and had to bear the brunt of their high headedness.I have proof in terms of call recording. My phone recorded the conversation and that is the proof that purushottam assured me that I will be accpeted in their course.
