Complaint Details
I have purchased new ovastar rice cooker from one of their dealer in Malviya Nagar very forst day it has got problem that rice got burner and oil has leaked from below the cooker pot. Two times their service engineer visited and not able to repair the product, when I went to dealer he is also not giving support. I sope to ovastar company owner he denied the problem and saying that product is fine. He even not speaking with us in good manner. He refused to give any solution. Kindly help us
