I have booked a train through google pay which i later cancelled cancelled on 28th February 2020 amount for the same is 2205 and the transaction id is CICAgKD-0400CA, it was said that i will receive the refund within 2-3 days but till date its been 6 months i havent received the refund
I have spoken to around 30 people they all said 'issue is already escalated to the special team and they are still working on it you will be updated at the earliest'
But till date i havent received the single mail from their end i am the one who is constantly connecting with them
Also their customer service agent doesnt have any respect first they provide any information other thing is that they end the chat in between looks like i am the fool
A customer doesnt deserve this from anyone i am literally begging for my own money from them and they dont even care
