I have filed for loan settlement in October 2019 for 6 months which was to end in March 2020. I have made all payments towards my settlement with a difference of 6394 rupees which I informed
Representative from HDFC Bank in March itself however he said there is no difference and I have paid in full but it was not as per my calculations. Now covid-19 pandemic started in March 2020, same month when my loan was supposed to be closed. Now every time I follow up with HDFC bank representative about difference a
nd status of loan closure he said that due to corona banks are not operational and this is going on from March 2020. Now they tell me that my loan is null and void because I not made all the payments but that's not true and it's not my fault that covid 19 started. I have sent them couple of emails on their grievence redressal email however they have not been helpful at all. I need help to take this matter up with some senior leadership at HDFC to know what is going on.
