Complaint Details
I want to file a complain against Pantaloon because they are charging Rs.7 for Paper bags. Charging for paper bags is illegal as per the supreme court order. I even informed the person at the counter but he still charged me for paper bag. Attached is a copy of the receipt and photo of Bag that was provided. This is a mental harassment and Malls can't charge for the bags (branded or unbranded).
