Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Return /refund of hi design laptop bag

The issue that I have experienced was: My sister ordered a hi design bag on 2nd August Worth 6895 INR After reading the details of the bag and it was delivered to us on 9th August .
The zipper was not closing and the bag does not fit laptop of 15 inches
The description on the website did not mention about size of the bag and also the size of laptop that can fit in .
So we assumed it is for the standard size which is 15 inches .
Calling customer care daily for almost 4 days and they keep repeating the same scripted reply that because of covid returns are not accepted.
It’s a surprise when Nykaa is selling
All products and it’s policy says easy returns /exchange allowed then y they are not accepting the return or y they are not refunding the money to customers.
They are looting customers on the name of covid ,
What’s the logic of not accepting return when nykaa can deliver the product what’s the issue in returning . It’s the same process .
Other e-commerce platforms amazon, Myntra all are delivering and accepting returns. What’s so special about Nykaa?
They do not provide right description and neither they accept return.
They are real frauds and taking advantage of covid instead of helping customers .

I want nykaa to refund my money , if they can’t return it’s their problem , I want them to return my money as this bag is of no use to me .
