I want to withdrawal money Rs.8000/- from AXIX BANK ATM (Thakurpukur Branch)From My SBI Debit Card. Then I Completed all Instructions but at last liquid money not out side from ATM Machine, I am still wetting half and hour at AXIX ATM but money not outside form ATM Machine. I Cannot able to complain Against this ATM due to no Security on this place. Then I Call to The SBI Customer Care and the are taken my dispute request and also there set the actual money which is deducted from my Savings Account within three or four days amount credited to my servings account.
But unfortunately after 15th days any amount not credited to my savings account again I have called to SBI customer care then the are proposed to nearest SBI Bank where is my Saving Account. Surprisingly i meet to my Local Sbi Bank Manger i said details about my last conversation about SBI Customer Care, Non refund Money. But my SBI bank Manger Not interested hearing my meter. So there fore i requested to you please take messeray action and reverse my amount Rs.8000/- to my account as soon as possible.
