This is in regards to the complaint reference number 1-8578852310. I had lodged this complaint a week ago. Till now there has been no solution to this issue, my work schedule is suffering a lot due to the issue. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible or else please refund back my money so that I can purchase a connection from other internet service provider.
