I purchased Samsung Mobile M30s from Amazon on 14-June-2020. Since then i didn't mishandled or any impact on phone even no direct contact to any type of liquid or water . On 15-August-2020 , i found small purple spot on its right hand side on bottom and then its speading as time passes and its appeared dark purple and bluish in color . Hence today i visited to Authorised Samsung service centre to show the display and issue with mobile. After physical inspection of device the service centre guy said that its having liquid inside due to which this problem arose. So they said its chargable becaus its not come under warranty . So i denied to do repair and take the phone back because i am not satisfied with service centre solution . I didnt do any wrong thing with device and only two months we used the device and problem arose . Due to lockdown i never go outside from the home and no any physical contact of any loquid or water to mobile then how it was happened i dont know . It may be a device fault but Service centre guy not agree with my comments . It may be happened due to moisture i dont know its not our fault then why i have to pay ? Its really frustration to me so please request you to take appropriate action against Samsung India and provide the replacement fo device damage part free of cost under warranty . We all going through a tough situation and i put my hard saving to buy this product and again i have to pay 4 to 5K its not justice to us .
One more thing i want to highlight is that when i check all the information regarding Samsung product and service delivery over internet and i found that most of samsung M30s devices having such issues and lot of complaints placed by consumer .I totally agreed if it is my fault then i will pay but we diidn't do any wrong thing and used device safely and carefully then how come this happned . If this happened with one person or two person then we can easily judge the problem with mishandling but when i search the data from April-2020 to till date found that most of people found same issue and even they also take care while using .Some consumers faced same issue within a week in same model reallly its not acceptable .It means their is problem with M30s manufacturing and technical issue . I raise same concern to higher authority of Samsung India but no reply from them since last two days . We bought the samsung mobile due to reputation but i totally disappointed with them because of poor quality of product as well bad expience with service centre after sell . Samsung have to work on their quality of product and how to find out defect and resolve this screen issue instead of making fool people . I have atatched the consumer complaints for last 3-4 months and some you tube link of this mobile model review which clearly shows us that its manufacturing defect . So please consider this is my humble request to look into the matter and either call back all defective pieces or give free screen replacement for this model in warranty period if screen discoloration happened without any mishandling .
Sometimes i feel like their is racket run between Samsung and Amazon to ruin the consumer by selling defective pieces . When i contact Amazon costumer care they also totally agree that this samsung model having issue but still they are selling this product online on their website .
