sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that
1 I am having broadband connection of TATASKY with no.ID C 2100196502. (Since last one & half year)
2 I recharged for the services as per plan on displayed on recharge site 05/07/2020 for Rs 15000/- with speed 50 mbps validity 541 days. This was clearly displayed on mobile TATASKY APP on 05/07/2020 that day . The payment was accepted by TataSky (Screen shot of plan displayed on 05/07/2020 on mobile app & receipt of payment is attached herewith)
3) NOW COMPANY IS NOT READY TO PROVIDE VALIDITY AS PER THE PLAN PAID FORi.e. 541 days with 50mbps speed. AS AGAINST PROVIDING FOR 450 DAYS .
4) After accepting payment , not honoring the commitment is some sort of cheating .
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER. MOREOVER THIS HAS STOPPED PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR MAINT. SHIFTING COMPLAINT IS PAENDING SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS

5) Moreover, my complaint of shifting router in same location is also not sorted out . I am be made fool by saying I was not reachable on mobile . Your intervention in this issue is MUST.
