Registered a problem
KOL0703200251 on the product on 7th Mar 2020, still the problem not resolved in 5 months, visited 3 times, replaced motors but of no help. Each time taking long and still chimney is not working. Severe pain as the whole kitchen got spoiled, spending lot of money to clean every time and facing severe trouble while cooking because of the heat. All happening for so long. Can understand some delay for COVID, but since July, do not see any honest initiative from the company to resolve the issue on priority. Nobody contacting us to fix or do something about it even after several following over phone and email.
