I had applied for excitel fibre on 13th July 2020 and one of the executive raised ticket for the same and confirmed that the ticket resolves maximum within 30days.
Since 17th of August I am continously taking update regarding the same. Everytime a new executive picks the call and again and again I had to repeat the whole scenario to different people. And the only response I got from each executive was your ticket will resolve within 24 hours and till now their 24 hour had not passed.
I had not even received any call or response from concerned team or manager. I am so much frustrated and disappointed with excitel. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced.
