Complaint Details
I had got Tikona Installed on 22nd Jul 2020 and since then till today I got very limited or no connectivity.Had raised it multiple times to vendor through their contact center (literally spent hour each day post office to raise complaints). Always heard the same answers - restart laptop, issue at network, server upgrade, some issue going on in area etc.

After every complain their customer care started contacting me themselves and did a troubleshooting of network. For one time their technician visited my site and again after very next day same issue of connectivity occurs.

Again on yesterday I raised compliant and today in the morning I got a call from their engineer and very rudely he replied to me stating that tomorrow he visit my site and If am not happy with their ongoing service then he process for deactivation of connection. Is this the service what Tikona will provide?
