As a new startup we have procured Plastic Tubular jars From brand name Natures Tattva under company Meekasha Pvt Ltd. The products we received were of bad quality and hence we decided to return the product. Our purchase date for the same was 19/7/2020 for which was paid in total 11383.00/- Rs inclusive of shipping cost of rs 1371.35 by Riya Amin from Account no 912010009068792 Transaction Ref No.754635370. As the per discussion assurance of refund with company representative we returned the products on 04/08/2020 thru 3 Packages with Our shipping partner Delhivery (invoice attached with this complaint). We were assured to get refund in 4-5 working days but till present we have not received the refund of the returned product. Attached files as follow. 1. Purchase Invoice. 2. Shipping Invoice. 3.
