i HAD OPTED FOR MORATORIUM BUT IN cIBIL IT SHOWING THAT MY payment is due by 29 days for june 2020.and also i received mail from axis bank on aug 18th 2020 stating that my moratorium was end on 30 june 2020.But I didnt opt out for moratorium.So should get 6 months moratorium.
And also on the same period they presented all the ECs and it got returd for that axis bank Sbi haad charged me a lot of amount.
The main issue is my CIBIL score has come down almost 50 points because of this and my new loan application got rejected only bcoz of this.
I have contacted local branch they informed that this loan account not belongs to their branch so they will not share any details.on toll free number they informed that only through mail we can raise a complaint.The toll free no is paid service and after almost 10 mintues only they will pick the call and will not give any proper reply to me.and also I have givern mail on 31/08/2020 to axisbank@service.axisbankmail.com,nodal@axisbank.comCirclenodalofficer.Kerala@axisbank.com
even after 6 days also no reply received from any of the id.The main issue is we cannot speak with any one directly reg the same No one knows anythings.And in mail they will not give any reply also.
So to whom we will tell the issues.
So request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to improve the Cibil score and also reverse also the charges Dr from my account and also from SBI for the ECS return during moratorium period.
