My complaint is against the website lifehackscloth.in They have created this fake website with genuine looking clothes and their advertisements are on instagram and facebook. Me and a couple of people i know came across the ad and since most ads on instagram and facebook are trustworthy, i bought a dress from this website. After about 15 days i called at the number provided and the person who picked up said that the dress will reach in 2 days. But it never came. Since then, the number has been switched off.

After researching on internet i found out that the same happened with many people.

There was no option of cash on delivery (they said it was because of covid-19) so all payments were prepaid.

I paid through paytm upi.
The site is still running and the ads are still visible everywhere. This is a huge scam and some strict steps need to be taken immidiately.
