Complaint Details
I had purchased a product (fully stitched sky blue suit) worth Rs. 1599/- from Instagram page named Stylish Drapes, which assured me that I will get exactly same product as that of image (100 % quality assured) with free shipping and easy replacement and same was advertised in the product description also. But I received a completely different product having material quality very cheap, poor stiching and wrong size; the dress is no where near original when I complained to the seller, he is not ready to provide me the product which I have purchased instead he is asking me to ship the product back to address ( which he will share with me if I agree to do so) and then purchase another product from him instead of this and pay additional delivery charges.
Seller ( jainam Doshi) sold me a wrong product with misleading advertisement..
And with a wrong size; also he didn't provided me complete information about returns and replacement at time of purchase ..
Even when asked by customer.
clearly cheated a customer that's they didn't say a single word in defence of cheap product...and are not rectify mistake which is at your end.
