My Nephew had purchased a Dell Laptop Serial no - " 9R8Y7T2"in the month of May 20 from Vijay sales Pimpri, Pune.
Last week when I was cheeking the Warranty from dell web site I came to know that the Warranty was expired in July 2020.

in fact the Dell warranty start date was April 2019 and expiration date was July 2020.
As a consumer when I am paying the complete amount for a new Laptop than why should I accept the OLD manufactured product? hence Request you change this product with the latest manufactured month to us. if you are unable to do the same than request you to refund the money.
