Complaint Details
I placed an order for a customised sheesham study table in May 2020 based on their promise of delivering the item within 10-15 days. They delayed the delivery thrice due to their half capacity workforce. Finally, after constant followup we received the delivery by July end, and to our shock the product was damaged. We returned it right away with the delivery team. And now still waiting for the intact piece to be received. I am in a dilemma that have I been cheated? Every time I followup, I am given only one answer ‘in production’.
