Subject: Request for ED enquiry for creating fraud of Rs.58.20 crores and CBI enquiry for planned murder of Late Shri Abhijit Sawant director of Sawant Transport Pvt Ltd.

Dear Sir/Madam,
1) We have attached the copy of communication made with bank of Maharashtra dated 17/08/2020 for your reference.

2) The reason for writing this letter to you all is to bring to your kind notice that bank officials of Bank of Maharashtra along with other directors of that time of Sawant Transport Pvt Ltd fraudulently disbursed loans to our company to the tune of Rs.36.20 crores. Also, they have fraudulently taken insurance policies claims of Rs.22 Crores. Hence total fraud committed by them comes to Rs.58.20 crores. Hence we request to have a in depth enquiry of ED ( Enforcement directorate) for the said fraud.

3) Further for want of insurance claim money these cruel people mounted pressure on my brother and director Late ShriAbhijitPandharinath Sawant due to which he committed suicide. For this planned committed crime we request you to initiate CBI ( Central bureau of Investigation) enquiry on these culprits.

4) We hope the above explanations satisfy you to help me to get justice for the said case and enquires will be initiated soon.
