Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
My air ticket booked through Ibibo having PNR: G97BJG (Airline: Go air) got cancelled due to flight cancellation by the airline. Since Ibibo was non-accessible on their customer care number as well as web page & mobile app, I have cancelled the ticket by talking directly to the airline, Goair. The airline has confirmed the cancellation (refer attachment-1) and informed that the full refund amount has been refunded to Ibibo on 22nd Aug-2020. However, I have not received the refund till date.
Please note that several times I tried to update the details of cancellation done directly by the airline and raise the refund request on Ibibo web page as well as on mobile app, but the web page / app page was not accessible due to error on Ibibo system. There was no provision to intimate or update the details with Ibibo.
I tried to contact ibibo on their customer care numbers provided but all the numbers are either non-operational or non-accessible to a service agent. All the mail id’s are also found non responsive (refer attachment-2).
Since the airline has already refunded the money to Ibibo, I request for an early resolution for getting my refund amount, at the earliest.
