Sir, Firstly i would like to introduce myself. My name is Kiran Bal W/o Naresh Kumar, Address - 50, Vishwakarma Colony, Near "B" Block Surya Nagar, Alwar (Rajasthan) - 301001. My account no 70423700484 and Membership No. 70421101083 is opened dated 23/11/2011 in sahara credit cooperative society limited last 1 nine years ago. My poliecy was matured in 23/11/2016. From last four previous years, I am facing so many problems. but i am getting same error "contact to branch incharge and cashyer." when i disscussed my problem with branch cashyer he did not given a proper response and told me that i don't know about same response i got from IT officer of sahara india Alwar Rajasthan. I dont want to say but i am very mentally harrased from sahara india cashyer branch Alwar . He is not able to do anything daily everybody has been disapponted. But due to this behaviour of branch cashyer many of them closed the sahara india account. and moving to the other branch.and i am also facing same problem from promoted to a cheap person in a higher and responsible post of branch when they dont know about how to operate the sahara india and how to handle the client. my whole information is given below. kindly short out my problem as soon as possible. kindly treat this mail as a complaint mail. and revert me back a positive response.
