My wife Jareena banu has opening R/D OF R/S 500/-p/m in scheem Mega M5 on dated 21-12-2015 as account no 68965601354 & Mambership no 68961500841 in sahara credit cooperative in F/C Takhatgarh no 6896.
Total amount paid up to december2018 R/S 18500/-.But unfortunatly she has died in the accident on dated 05-01-2019.I am her husband & I am nominated in original form.All the documents for payments with death certificate in the F/C manager office Takhatgarh.But F/C manager refused to payment saying that there is no fund for payment.I there fore request you for payment with intrest as early as possible.Thanking you.Yours Hajimohammad.
