I cancelled my booking in April 2019. The refund was promised to me in 30 days. However, its been one and a half years, there is no news of refund. Worse, they have deleted the data from their My Trips page which makes me difficult to connect with them.
There are automated responses which says to register complaint via My Trips page, and the booking details have been removed from there.
