Complaint Details
I bought butterfly glasstop burner from big bazaar on 29/05/2020.Yesterday 24/09/2020 burner regulator got ejected from panel.went to big bazaar for service.They told they will not service and they also told to visit nearest petty shop to get service.Called butterfly service center after long struggle got connected.That customer service lady asking me to wait for 3 days to get serviced.I requested her to share local service center she denied and cut the call.
