I ordered a Samsung Galaxy M31 smartphone on Amazon (Order# 406-7052503-4392345) on 11 Sep worth Rs.19500/- but received two keypad phones worth Rs.500/- each on 15th Sept. As soon as I realized the mistake, I requested a return. Amazon is just not collecting the wrong item. It has been four attempts that the pickup person has refused to collect the wrong item. Amazon is cheating customers by selling them wrong items and then refusing to return them. I am so frustrated dealing with Amazon.
