Complaint Details
I had ordered a product from Amazon,in of Mivi brand and that brand promises to give warranty of their products for minimumn of 1 year as promised on their on their product. The Product stopped working after few days and in had to register for complaint on their website . After complaint registration they picked up my product on 28/07/2020 and today is 28/09/2020 they havent given me any solution nor given me my products. Their mail says that product is under testing.
