Dear Sir/ MADAM
I have lodge a complaint on 16/09/2020 in customer care executive in HDFC BANK as on date 16/09/2020 executive name Anisha i told her about my complaint regarding of double payment she told me that she had lodge a complaint and more over she has told me that the money will be refund to my account within 3 working day and she instead me for a jumbo loan and a insurance and i have done what she want and i have taken a jumbo loan of rs 220000 and a personal insurance and again she has told me that the double amount will be refund but after 3 working day my money was not credited to my account then again i told to customer care executive some of the boy pickup my call and he told me to wait for 10 days after waiting the 10 days today again i call to the customer care executive her name is Miss Neha Chaturbedi she told me that there is a no complain against me and she register a new complain and the complaint id is KOL0920023153.
Means Anisha the executive in HDFC coustomer care why she told me false that she has register a complaint on 16/09/2010 because the executive name Miss Neha Chaturbedi she told me that there is a no complain against me they are expert in fake promise and they cheat to us .
I am very disappointed with HDFC service. The amount 9682 is not the big dill for me. I will go for legal help because the executive told me false.
