Oriental Services promoted himself as Siemens authorised dealer and serviced my washing machine on 5/11/2019 (bill copy attached) with two years warranty on drums which they changed, which is mentioned in bill. Now machine is not working properly. I took a video of the machine and send to Ritzwan of Oriental service (he visited earlier). He told me that drum have some issue and he will send some technician. No no one turned up, i called up their helpline 1800 200 2650, spoke to Rahul and raised a complaint ( complaint nos: OS928211328). Since then i am following up (over one month) but every time they are promising that technician will visit today. When i confronted them that drum is faulty as per their own technician comments, they told me to get it replaced on my own.When i have two years warranty, they are supposed to do it for free. Their engineer has visited to other customers in my society recently and hence they can't claim any manpower issues due to covid or other. Since they promised two year warranty, rqst you to pl advise them.
