Complaint Details
Every time I try to book an Uber Auto, the driver cancels it and I am charged a cancellation fee for no fault of mine. Also although there are auto available, Uber has done nothing to ensure the drivers accept the booking and then the Drivers start creating a nuisance that Online payment is not available, to cancel the trip and pay in cash. What is even more worse is that when Autos are available in the area, not a single Auto Driver accepts the booking and if they do, they call to check if the payment is by way of cash or online. If it is online, they cancel the booking and charge me for no reason. This happened on numerous occasions.
