This is in reference to my booking Id NN7810450337748 which was for a round trip from Manama to Bangalore and return bangalore to Manama. The return flight was cancelled due to covid19 by the airline and on checking with airline it is undestood that the refund is issued by the airline to makemytrip.com.But I have not received the so far and when i try to initiate the refund request on its website or application i get a wrong message that the flight was operational on the date and hence refund cannot be proccesed.attached herewith is the flight ticket and screenshot of the error message.
