My user id is 1126616387. I am writing from my registered email address.
Since 25th September, I am trying to call at your toll free number I am not able to reach any customer service executive.
I was waiting for response via email but haven’t received any.
I have received this 9918514041 number via SMS but this number always gets busy whenever I called.
I tried calling person woh came for installation but in spite of so many calls and sms no answer. I want to know when will wifi get activated. It’s been 5 days now there is no sign of activation of wifi.
I have made complete payment then may I know what’s going on.
I am not even able to login to Tikona web forum neither Tikona app is available in apple store
