Complaint Details
I request for rellocation of my tikona broadband. They told me that only after payment they will be able to look into the matter. After payment they checked and told me that new location is not feasible. So as I am living on rent basis,I don't have other option apart from closing the connection. At that time I confirmed that will I get full refund or not. They told me dont worry you will get refund. But it's more than a month now I have not received any refund. I tried to contact them but their customer care and office address all are wrong. They don't response to any complaint. Please help
