i logged a complaint at call centre regarding mal functioning of RO water purifier. Technician incharge visited and told me that PCB needs to be replaced. He charged Rs 530 and left saying that he will confirm on part availability. ever since i have been following up with Technician/ spare part manager Mr sunil/Haryana head Mr Ujjawal and each time they give me a new date. Extremely disappointed with the kind of service being provided. 2 complaint no.s registered by me but no response from the company whatsoever. complaint no.s are : 2018183756 & 2017776662
