Complaint Details
I bought a book shelf along with Sofa set from Royal oak velachery showroom on 8th March 2020. Due to covid-19 lockdown and subsequent delays they finally delivered the bookshelf on 17th August 2020. When the package was opened and assembled by Royaloak team, they found the Glass doors of the book shelf to be broken. This is a delivery problem on their side. They said they will internally resolve the same and replace the glass. They have never kept their word or given proper answer on when and how they are going to fix the shelf and door. We have been patient with their customer care and also their service team but after 2 months, we have no option but to come to consumer redressal.
