Complaint Details
I booked my ticket with my credit card on feb for april .But lockdown happened I called them and they said we processed your refund if approx 7k but its been 1.5 month they don’t refund my money.I talk to both airlines in InDigo and Airasia they said they refunded money to ease my trip and Ease my trip said my transaction is 6 months okder thats why my bank is not accepting thn I talked to my bank they said everything is fine your card is normal If anything still happen told Ease my trip to send you screenshot of error but they are not sending anything and not replying me from 3 days now.I will send last mail to ceo of ease my Trip .
