Complaint Details
I had used 2,70,000 miles and spent 38,543 to book 3 tickets on Jet Airways using Citibank Premiermiles credit card last year. As per Citibank policy, if for any reason the airline cancels the booking, my miles will be returned back to me along with the money spent. I have been emailing Citibank since April 2019 but I get no proper reply. These are miles I have earned by spending large amounts on the credit card and I want it returned back to me along with the money spent. I have nothing to do with Jet Airways issues as my dealing was only with Citibank and the tickets were booked using Citibank booking portal called Citibank Premiermiles. I have not received my miles or money (on which they have charged me interest) and I would really appreciate your help in this matter. Once again, these are miles I have EARNED by spending money using the credit card so whatever Citibank's issue is with Jet Airways is not my concern. I am attaching booking file with all details. All I want is my miles and money returned back to me as I have EARNED them by spending a lot of money, even paid interest on the 38,543 which I paid to make this booking.
