I ordered Fitbit Inspire HR from Fitbit India website, www.store-in.fitbit.com. I received and decided to return it without opening the product box, as my wife thought it was needed now and spending 10,000 rupees at such times is not correct. I raised a returns request on Sept 13th 2020 and they got it picked up on 30th Sept 2020 by Blue dart. Now FitBit India rejects my refund request stating the box is opened and hence they won't refund money and will the product back to me. The delivery agent checked the packaging and then took away the parcel and it's Blue dart policy not to open the box. I want to dispute Fitbit India's decision. The photos they sent via email of the box received is malicious and a scam. Also, their proof is scandalous, Check the title of both the images they sent, it's different. The ,3rd phot is what I sent before sending it back. Kindly help me here as I haven't opened the box and this is a pure case of cheating.
