Complaint Details
I have booked the tickets for delhi to Kolkata via direct flight to the destination. Non of the party involved informed us that there are no direct flight talking place currently due to which we have returned from airport. They didn’t cancel the return ticket of ours due to which no refund can be claim as per them. For the past 50 days I am waiting for my initial refund of tickets booked for 25 august
