Respected sir I have booked bus ticket on 05 September 2020 for ahmedabad to Aurangabad journey on 12 September 2020 on easy my trip but due to health issues I have cancelled my journey on 08 September 2020 .i.e 3 days before journey also received cancellation message from easy my trip .but sir still I have not received my refund. I'm continuously mailing to easy my trip on mail id care@easemytrip.com and ceo@easymytrip.com but no reply from their side. I have also called to ceo of easy my trip mr nishant pitti on 09811049345 .still I have not get my refund
