Complaint Details
While purchase we were shown a product with excellent quality and promise was done to get the same material and finish. Upon receiving the item we have noticed the below commitment given by sales person are not fulfilled.
1. Frame was supposed to be sturdy teak wood- the sofa went back to workshop within 2 months because of broken frame and legs.the frame is of low quality wood and the sofa which we saw was heavy and sturdy which is not the case with the sofa we received
2. Cousion or seats to be made of 75% density foam for long life- the foam used is not of the same standard or quality. The seats are already gotten soft. The belt was broken within 2 months and was replaced.
3. Commitment was to deliver a premium quality product but the same is not the case.
